The IP and business of Outcome Manager has been acquired by leading Australian software company, Technology One Limited (ASX:TNE).
TechnologyOne has been delivering the OutcomeManager solution to its customers for almost three years as 'TechnologyOne Performance Planning'.  We are currently in the process of expanding the development team to rapidly extend the capabilities of the solution and to provide excellent support to both new and existing customers.

For the time being, it is business as usual and customers should continue to use the solution and access the support as per their existing arrangements.

We will be diverting the Outcome Manager website to TechnologyOne Performance Planning in due course.

It includes many features for the migration from browser technology to our new, improved Smart Client (SC) technology that combines the best of browser and windows form functionality to give users the richest and most efficient interface experience.

It features major improvements in reporting, including;

• Ability to generate reports using a distributed processor
• Ability to publish reports on your home page or other users
• Schedule and run reports automatically

OutcomeManager has now signed reseller agreements with two outstanding IT companies, both of which are independent software vendors in their own right– Web Raven Pty Ltd and IntelliMax Solutions Pty Ltd. We are all members of the networking group Software Queensland and forged formal business relationships on the basis of the fit between our products and the shared collaborative vision of how best to use our combined critical mass and experiences to successfully convert business opportunities.

We are working with IntelliMax to develop a customised version of their business intelligence product that we are now marketing as IntelliManager (an add-on module of OutcomeManager).

Web Raven has a training management product (DOTS) that is an excellent complementary fit with OutcomeManager. It facilitates individual professional development and training programs (both online, traditional and blended) that aim to improve personal performance. This is seen as a necessary precondition for corporate performance management.
